How does SameerCore Work?
1. Create Your ChildCare Business Profile
Once you have picked your membership plan. Create your business profile! While creating your profile, make sure all the information you enter is true, correct and filled out completely. When you have completed your profile, you are ready for step #2.
2. Name Search and Verify New Parents
Here is where the magic happens! Now you are able to search and verify parents on our registry who may or may not be delinquent with another facility. Verify your parents before enrolling!
3. Report Delinquent Parents
Reporting delinquent parents can help you recover your childcare fees, enforce your centers tuition policy, and put parents and other centers on notice that this parent could be a payment risk for them!
Report your parents for non-payment and/or consistently late paying parents!

Q: Who can use this site?
A: This site was created specifically for childcare admin. This includes all licensed childcare centers and licensed family home care centers. (Licensed: An official license granted to you by your states governing agency for childcare.)
Q: How do I use this site?
A: If you have already created your account: Simply look on your dashboard in your profile for the green add parent button and click it.
Once you click the button, you may enter in the parent information.
Repeat steps to enter multiple parents.
Q: What is SameerCore?
A: SameerCore LLC. Is a childcare payment registry. A searchable database comprised of reported information such as late payments, and pass due balances. The information is reported by you, directly into our database.
Q: Will this get my tuition fees from a parent who owes my childcare business?
A: becoming a member and adding your parents to the database increases the likelihood of you potentially seeing a return of your fees. While it is not guaranteed that you will receive a return in fees, it puts other center on notice that the parent owes your center money!
